Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Overnight at Tarangire Osupuko Lodge at the park entrance, on full board basis.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Overnight at Migunga Tented Camp at Mto wa Mbu, on full board basis.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
Overnight at Tindiga Tented Camp at Lake Eyasi, on full board basis.
Day 4: Hadzabe and Datoga
Overnight at Bougainvillea Safari lodge at Karatu, on full board basis.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, on full board basis.
Day 6: Trekking in the Ngorongoro Highlands
From Nainokanoka, a typical Maasai village, you will walk through the Embulbul Depression, a fertile plain in the Ngorongoro Highlands.
Along the way, you will see Maasai villages and encounter Maasai herdsmen guarding their livestock with wild animals grazing in the same area. At a pre-arranged point, your driver guide will pick you up and drive you to Empakaai Crater where you will enjoy a stunning view from the rim of this forested crater and observe flocks of flamingos in its lake.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park
Overnight at Serengeti Savannah Camp at the heart of the Serengeti, on full board basis.
Day 8: Serengeti National Park
Overnight at Serengeti Savannah Camp, on full board basis.
Day 9: Return to Karatu
Overnight at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge in Karatu, on full board basis.
Best Time to Travel
Generally, the best times to travel is from June to February with occasional rains in November. January and February are good months to travel, if you are keen to see the wildebeest in the Serengeti. During this period the wildebeest spend their time on the short grass plains of the southeastern part of the ecosystem, grazing and giving birth to approximately 500,000 calves within a 2 to 3-week period.
